1. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \u201cArtist\u201d<\/strong> refers to the solo singer providing the services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u201cClient\u201d<\/strong> refers to the individual or business booking the Artist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u201cEvent\u201d<\/strong> refers to the performance date, venue, and time agreed by both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u201cAgreement\u201d<\/strong> refers to these Terms & Conditions together with any written booking confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. Booking & Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    2.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    A booking is not considered confirmed until the Client receives written confirmation from the Artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    A non-refundable deposit of \u00a350<\/strong> is required to secure the Event date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the Event<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n\n\n\n

    3. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    3.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Payment may be made via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Any additional services requested on the day of the Event may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n\n\n\n

      4. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      4.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Client cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If the Client cancels the booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • More than 30 days before the Event:<\/strong> the deposit is retained<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Between 30 and 14 days before the Event:<\/strong> 50% of the total fee is payable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Within 14 days of the Event:<\/strong> 100% of the total fee is payable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4.3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If the Artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • A full refund will be issued OR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The Artist will attempt to provide a suitable replacement performer (subject to availability)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The Artist shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5. Performance Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          5.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Client must ensure the Artist has adequate performance space, lighting, and access to electricity where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Client agrees to obtain any permissions, licences, or approvals required by the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5.3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Artist reserves the right to take reasonable breaks during performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          6. Travel & Accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          6.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Events located more than 30 miles<\/strong> from the Artist\u2019s base may be subject to additional travel charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          For Events requiring an overnight stay, suitable accommodation must be provided or paid for by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          7. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          7.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          7.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Client must ensure that behaviour from guests or staff does not threaten the safety of the Artist or damage equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          7.3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Any damage to equipment caused by the Client or guests may result in repair or replacement costs being charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          8. Use of Media & Promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          8.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client agrees that photographs or video recordings taken of the Artist during the Event may be used for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          8.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Artist will not record, livestream, or broadcast the Event without the Client\u2019s prior consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          9. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The Artist shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including (but not limited to):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Extreme weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Venue closures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Illness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Acts of nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Government restrictions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            10. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            10.1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            The Artist\u2019s total liability in relation to the Event is limited to the total fee paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            10.2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            The Artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n\n\n\n

            11. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales<\/strong>, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Norfolk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n\n\n\n

            12. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
